1. Introduction

BlessingsOnly is a digital platform for milestone-based gifting. We help hosts create event wishlists and enable guests to contribute with meaningful blessings. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform.

BlessingsOnly does not act as a bank, payment processor, escrow service, or financial intermediary. We provide a facilitation platform only.

2. Platform Role Clarification (UPI Model)

Payments are made directly via UPI between guests and hosts. BlessingsOnly does not collect, store, or hold any funds. All UPI transfers occur directly between the guest and the host UPI ID.

BlessingsOnly does not verify the completion of any UPI payment. We rely on guests to self-declare their contributions after completing payment through their preferred UPI app.

Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of the UPI ID they provide. We do not validate bank accounts or UPI credentials.

3. No Financial Liability

BlessingsOnly is not liable for any failed, delayed, or incomplete UPI transactions. We are not liable for incorrect UPI IDs entered by hosts, or for any loss arising from guests transferring funds to wrong recipients.

Guests must verify the UPI ID and amount before completing their payment. The platform relies on user-provided information and self-declarations. We do not authenticate payment completion.

4. User Responsibilities

Hosts must:

• Provide an accurate and valid bank-linked UPI ID
• Use the platform only for lawful milestone events
• Not misuse the platform for illegal fundraising

Guests must:

• Verify the UPI ID and amount before making any payment
• Confirm their contribution honestly after completing the UPI transfer
• Not misuse the contribution form or provide false information

5. Fraud and Misuse Policy

BlessingsOnly reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms. We may remove events that violate our policies and disable listings that pose a risk to users or the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlessingsOnly liability is limited to the amount, if any, paid by you to use the platform. Since no payment flows through BlessingsOnly in the UPI model, our liability is effectively limited to platform usage itself.

7. Intellectual Property

User-generated content belongs to the users who create it. By posting content, you grant BlessingsOnly a limited license to display and use it for platform operations.

The BlessingsOnly name, logo, and branding are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
